April is the perfect time to spring clean! Each year, we accumulate more stuff then we usually need… this is especially true when it comes to canned and boxed food, clothes, and toys (if you have kids).

My challenge for you this week (or at least in April) is to Spring Clean your Kitchen, Closets, and Mind!

We will be collecting canned and boxed goods, clothes, toys, etc. at Body Therapeutix all April to help with our local homeless shelter.

Spring Clean Your Kitchen

Get rid of all the canned and boxed goods that you may have accumulated over the year. This could be holiday recipe ingredients, boxed pasta’s/rices, canned beans, corn, etc.

Bring it to Body T and leave in the “Homeless Shelter Box” in front of the equipment shed.

Feel doubly good that you’re helping someone in need of food while saving yourself from too many calories.

Spring Clean Your Closets

Get rid of all the old clothes (too big or too small), bags, shoes, etc. and bring them to us at Body T.

Spring Clean Your Mind

It’s important to de-stress from your daily grind. Take a 10-15 minutes and go for a walk outside, meditate or simply read a book.

Try and make this a daily habit.

Charity Workout April 28th

To tie this all together… we will be having Charity Workout to raise awareness and bring in more goods for the homeless shelter.

We encourage you to bring your friends, family, and co-workers to this event.

It will be located at Body Therapeutix Pembroke Pines – 1381 NW 129th ave, Pembroke Pines, FL, 33028
