You arrive at any time and are greeted by a friendly, certified trainer. Our trainer then guides you though our proprietary 10 station circuit ensuring you’re doing proper form and intensity for your goals.

A new station starts every 4 minutes, so it enables you to be able to show up at your own convenience and just hop into the next cycle.

Our hours are from 5am-1030am & 5pm-830pm Monday-Friday. Saturdays are from 7am-1030am.

You start with a dynamic warm up, then you’ll go through a series of resistance training, Cardio/HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), core, and yoga circuits. Each workout is new and different, so you can continue to see lasting results.

Rain or shine we set up our specialized 10 zone system. We have big blue canopies that we use to keep you dry.

It is not. What we are is an outdoor gym that houses a 10-Zone Circuit. You can workout in your own Zone or choose to buddy up with one of the other Body Therapeutix members. There will usually be other members in different Zones so we do help empower, motivate, and encourage each other during the workouts. It’s like one BIG family.

It only takes 45 minutes to complete the 10 Zones. If you’ve got more time on your hands, we welcome you to go back and repeat some Zones!

If your doctor approves, then absolutely! Our trainers are specialized in modifying workouts around injuries. After all, MOVEMENT is medicine.

You do not. All we ask is you bring YOURSELF and your determination.

Absolutely not. We love taking clients that have never worked out and getting them in the best shape of their lives. Our certified trainers will customize the workout to fit your fitness level.

Kind of. We are a combination of boot camp and personal training. You get the efficiency of boot camp with the personalized attention of personal training.
