Part of the philosophy I’ve ingrained into Body Therapeutix is to create positive lasting habits into each one of our members. I am so passionate about helping people in our community change their bodies and health for the long-term.

However, I know one of the hardest things to do is to develop a new habit.

Starting a new exercise routine (while it can be hard) is one of the easiest habits to begin. Especially at a place like Body Therapeutix, where you know you have a coach waiting for you, there’s no class times, and if you’re missing for a week +… you’ll be getting a phone call!

The hardest habits to develop are typically the mental and nutritional ones.

This is why I’ve created this checklist.

Use this checklist as a guide. Make sure to complete it every single day.

You don’t have to implement ALL the habits at once.

In fact, I’d recommend only choosing ONE to start, then adding ONE new habit each week.
